Level 7 qualified Executive Coach and Trainer, providing coaching to motivated individuals and business leaders for lasting change. Designs and delivers engaging masterclasses for Level 5 Coaching, Level 3 CIPD Learning & Development, and Level 5 CMI Leadership and Management apprenticeship programs.

Offers regular 1-2-1 coaching, supporting managers through their apprenticeship, and preparing learners for their End Point Assessment. Additionally, has experience dealing with Ofsted and their requirements with a track record of building strong relationships with line managers and organizations.
